Help Me! ! !

Does anyone out there know what to do for insomnia? I've got it really bad. Right now it's after
3am, and I haven't been able to sleep at all since I went to bed at 10:30pm.
If I had plenty of hair, I would pull it right this second. What makes it worse is that Dad is working nights this week, and I hate being alone at night.

In these last few hours, I've recited a rosary, did my nightly prayers, and blessed the whole family from all directions in Texas.
I filed and conditioned my heels, did my nails, plugged my eyebrows, read my Family Circle Magazine, and some of the Catholic Digest.!

I can't possibly go on like this every night. If someone knows of a good remedy, please pass it on to me. I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Hey Tia...It is a bad feeling when you can't go to sleep. I've found what helps me is one asprin and a cup of hot chamomile tea.
Love you,
Nadia

Some of my kids will often go right to sleep within 5 minutes of a grammar lesson...wanna try it? I could really go for some late night confab on Direct Object Pronouns.

We have a fantastic book called prescription for nutritional healing. I can send you some info on insomnia. :)

Hell yeah! I'll try all 3!
I was rubbing my left ear, but later found out that was for hiccups! Someone else told me to massage my scalp, well, I now have a bald spot! I think these people are just messing with me.

Are you still having trouble? Have you ever heard of Melatonin? It's something our bodies naturally produce and you can get it at GNC and wal-mart. I take one when I know I need to be up early and I'm usually out in 20 minutes
