Birthday Bouquet

Wanted to share this beautiful birthday bouquet Cindy sent me today.

Isn't it Beautiful?

It had purple, pink,yellow and orange colored rose buds.

Mija now resides in Round Rock, Texas, suburb of Austin.

She seems to really like it. Quiet different from West Texas I'm sure.

She's really excited cause she's about 35 minutes from Tommy, who lives in San Antonio.

Yes indeed. This old hag turned 59 today!
So, anyone wanting to send me birtday wishes may certainly do so.

Dad and J.G. Get Together

Dad is in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area this week. He's at a meeting with a couple of co-workers from Luminant. He was a little upset cause he thought he wouldn't get to see J.G., since he was staying off I-20 closer to his meeting place.

Well, at the last minute, he decided to call a motel closer to where J.G. lives and bid on a rate.
Luckily he got it for almost half the price! He's about 2-3 minutes from J.G.
I called them last night and they were both having a great time together visiting at the motel. Dad didn't get into Dallas until after 5:30pm, so they planned to visit after J.G. got off work at 10:30 (second job). Turned out good. Dad called this morning and said they had a really good visit.
