So, How's Everyone Doing?

Hadn't posted anything lately, same old thing, not feeling very well. Today was not as bad, which in a way was a good thing, cause Dad and I had to get flu shots, so I was able to make it.
Which made me remember maybe about 10 years ago about this time, I would insist that Mom and Dad get their flu shots, because they were now that age. Well, I'll be damn if Daddy asked me the other day if we had already gotten our shots! ! WOW, WHAT A SHOCKER! We're now that age.
We were in Arlington the 1st weekend of October. We were there since Friday and came home mid afternoon on Monday. How nice to get out of the house for a few days. Dad has still has vacation days he has to take before December, so he took off 14 days. Sure has been nice. We've been up and down and accomplishing absolutely nothing.
Dad and I were really excited when we planned going into Arlington, cause we thought Cindy was going to be able to join us, but that week she had some medical testing she needed to have done (medical, not mental, we've been told there's nothing we can do for her in that area). It sure would of been nice if she could of joined us, but maybe next time.
Dad had J.G. laughing like crazy one of the nights we decided to sit around the pool till 1 or 2 am
in the morning. Dad started out with his jokes, one after another. I know when J.G. can't take too much when he starts throwing his head back and starts rubbing his chest where he just can't take anymore. We enjoy watching him laugh more than the actual jokes.
Well, it's my privilege to announce to everyone that Dad has been acting sooooooo good, hasn't gotten into any trouble or anything. I sure hope he's not coming down with anything.
