Dentist Cancellation

So, this is the kind of notes Dad leaves me hanging anywhere he can find. I've found them on top of my night water glass, in front of the toilet (eye level), etc. This one was hanging in between the kitchen and dining room door. Just a reminder not to forget to cancel his dentist appointment.
