I talked to Jr. this afternoon to check up on Anthony. He says all is going very good. Today he had an appointment in Abilene and the doctor seems to think he is doing quite well. The only thing is he drove a while and got a slight headache and tired a little, but Jr. says that's somewhat to be expected since it's been a while since he's driven. It's just gonna take time to get his complete strength back, but he'll be 100% soon. He still needs to wear his oxygen mask when he's out in public, but even that is just when he's out of the house around other people.
I asked him about the doctor in Abilene, he's the one who referred him to his doctor in Dallas, so he'll be doing his checkups in Abilene so he won't have the long drive back into Dallas. Pretty good news wouldn't you say?
Jr. also happen to mention he'd seen Daniel Alvarez, one of our high school classmates. Don't know if any of you may remember him, I know Maruca does.
MARUCA REMEMBERS EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE! SHE'S GOT A GREAT MEMORY. WISH I DID TOO! Anyway Jr. is still wanting to have a 40th class reunion this year. I'm not going. I know I'll come home with all the awards, Most Oldest, Most Obese, Most Balding, Most Wrinkles, Less Teeth, Most Sagging Skin, Most Age Spots (and that's only on one hand), and it goes on and on. I'll probably have to make a file for all the awards. NO. NO. AIN'T GOING! ! No pets, no grandchildren, no rose bushes, oh, my gosh, I need to stop.
Blessings to all you readers out there. HEY! BLESS ME BACK! CAN'T YOU SEE I'VE GOT ISSUES HERE?

About Me
- Juan & Cecilia
- We were high school sweethearts and we still have that connection we had years ago. God has blessed us with two wonderful children who are now grown adults living their own lives; our eldest lives in Abilene and our youngest resides in Arlington. Our personalities...in a nutshell...I think can be described as easy-going . Juan loves to joke and I love to laugh...so...it just works. I really don't think we have to go into much detail about what we're like because inevitably that will show with each and every post. We love that you're here and you are welcome to stop by any time to read about our stories...some funny and some...not so much; but all definately, from the heart.
